PRPWin Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Usage Policy

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using PRPWin in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PRPWin. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PRPWin platform.

These Terms apply to all versions of PRPWin — the website at prpwin.click, any mobile-optimised versions, and any applications or tools PRPWin may release in future. Your continued use of PRPWin following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

PRPWin services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of PRPWin.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for your personal use.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a PRPWin employee in a position that could create a conflict of interest.

PRPWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any member at any time. These may include a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued documentation. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money features at PRPWin, you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, mobile number, and date of birth. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active PRPWin account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different identities — is strictly prohibited. PRPWin's systems detect duplicate accounts by cross-referencing device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method details, and identity documentation. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be reversed in full.
• The primary account may also be reviewed for suspension at PRPWin's discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PRPWin login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. PRPWin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact PRPWin support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

PRPWin implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. Before processing a withdrawal above Rs 50,000, or at any earlier time at PRPWin's discretion, you may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. Accounts that do not complete KYC within 7 days of a request may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Payments

PRPWin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All amounts on PRPWin are displayed and processed in PKR.

• The minimum deposit at PRPWin is Rs 100 via Easypaisa and JazzCash.
• Deposits are credited to your PRPWin balance in real time following successful payment confirmation.
• PRPWin does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• PRPWin reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at PRPWin are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 50.
• Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have wagered your deposited amount at least once in real-money games.
• Any active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will restrict withdrawal of the corresponding bonus balance and related winnings until requirements are fulfilled.
• Verified accounts with no pending review flags will receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within approximately 2 minutes of approval.
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT.
• PRPWin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals, particularly above Rs 1,00,000.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in the same name as the PRPWin account holder.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

PRPWin offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the offer and the general bonus policy outlined here.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses at PRPWin carry wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements). This means that before the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn, you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit combined — a specified number of times. The exact wagering requirement is stated in each individual bonus offer.

6.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are for the named account holder only and may not be transferred.
• Each bonus offer at PRPWin may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers through multiple accounts, collusion, or coordinated betting patterns will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• PRPWin reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Free bet and cashback bonuses may have game restrictions — please check individual offer terms to confirm which PRPWin games qualify.

6.3 VIP Cashback

Weekly cashback paid to PRPWin VIP Club members is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement. The cashback rate is determined by your VIP tier at the time of calculation and is based on your net losses during the qualifying period. 07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on PRPWin — including Cricket Betting, Baccarat, Ludo, Poker, Fishing Games, and all other titles — operate under individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money bet.

PRPWin uses independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live games. RNG performance is audited on an ongoing basis. Live dealer games at PRPWin use physical cards and equipment managed by professional dealers in real-time streaming environments — there is no computer simulation involved in live game outcomes.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

PRPWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward staff or other members, or any other conduct that PRPWin deems harmful to the platform or its community.

Where an account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining balance in the account is subject to forfeiture. PRPWin will communicate the reason for account closure where it is lawful to do so. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may appeal by contacting PRPWin support at support@prpwin.click.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their PRPWin account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method.

10 VIP Club Terms

The PRPWin VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Membership in any tier is subject to the following conditions in addition to these general Terms:

• VIP tier advancement is based on cumulative lifetime wagering across all real-money games on PRPWin.
• Tier status is reviewed quarterly. Members may be moved down one tier if wagering during the review period falls below the threshold for their current tier.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total wagered minus total won) during each Monday-to-Sunday period and credited every Monday. VIP cashback has no wagering requirement.
• PRPWin reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and benefits at any time. Changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
• Diamond tier is by invitation only and is extended at PRPWin's sole discretion based on account history, loyalty, and overall engagement.
• VIP benefits — including personal managers, exclusive rooms, and priority withdrawals — apply to verified, fully compliant accounts only.

11 Responsible Gaming

PRPWin is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire membership. The following tools are available to every PRPWin account holder and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with immediate effect. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 6 months.

PRPWin's support team is trained to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling and will proactively reach out to members showing signs of distress. All responsible gaming interventions are handled with complete confidentiality. PRPWin will never use a member's responsible gaming history as a reason to deny service to a member who is not self-excluded.

12 Limitation of Liability

PRPWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain service continuity, PRPWin does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PRPWin's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. PRPWin is not liable for loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous payout, PRPWin reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the member's balance. PRPWin will not be liable for winnings arising from a clearly erroneous payout caused by a software or data error.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

PRPWin collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using PRPWin, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with KYC requirements, and communicate with you about your account and PRPWin services.
• PRPWin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through encrypted channels and is not stored in readable form on PRPWin's servers beyond what is required for transaction verification.
• You may request a copy of the personal data PRPWin holds about you, or request deletion of your data subject to legal retention obligations, by contacting support@prpwin.click.

14 Changes to These Terms

PRPWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PRPWin will notify members via the email address registered on their account and will display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of PRPWin after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using PRPWin and contact support to arrange account closure and return of your eligible balance.
